About Me

I am Esther kibe from kiambu county kenya, I was born and raised in a family of four members i being the third born girl. I attended Githunguri primary school and then proceeded to the same secondary school where I finished my form four and then proceeded to kiambu institute of science and technology college where i currently am pursuing beuty and hairdressing. My hobby is swimming and travelling.

My Business

Currently I decided to put my beauty paulor into use whereby it is my main source of income.
I usually do manicure, pedicure and body masaj for my customers. I also do face scrubbing to get off dead skin of the face I charge 10 USD dollars per person.For scrubbing i charge 50 USD dollars per person. For body masaj i charge 100 USD dollars per person.I also do hair dying and braiding at 10 USD dollars and 50 USD dollars respectively per head. The profits i obtain i use them to pay my college fees to releive my struggling parents and I also save some portion of my profits for future purposes and expansion of my salon and beauty parlour.
I also installed a washing machine thanks to Zidisha help where by i am able to clean clothes.
For a shirt I charge 0.2 USD dollars, for a trouser goes for 0.1 USD dollars and for blankets and jackets it goes for 5 USD dollars. This helps me to save a lot.

Loan Proposal

Hae lenders. Am happy to ask for your help to get my business running efficiently.
I wish to buy a washing machine that will enable me do laundry services at my place of work.
The machine is of much need because my customers do ask me to get one.
The price for the machine goes for 100 USD dollars. It comes with a spin drier of 50 usd dollars. I will also need some detergents which will cost 10 USD dollars, containers for 5 USD dollars.
This will help me increase my earnings by 48 %bearing in mind it only needs to be operated.

    Hae lenders again. The previous loan of 35 USD dollars i used to purchase a new washing machine . The machine was for laundry services for college students and other customers. It helped me employ one machine attendant. I am able to raise money for my day to day running. It has increased my earnings by 33 %. Am therefore able to pay my rent pay the attendant and save some portion for future use.

    Hae lenders again. Am happy for the previous loan that you lended me. I managed to purchase braids and other helping materials for the salon. It realy helped me to attend to my customers well. I bought the braids with 20 USD dollars and scrubbers and colourings of the hair at 5 USD dollars. This enabled me employ someone to help me.
    It also helped me increase my earnings by 35 percent.
    I managed to save abit, bought some staffs too and paid my employee.

    Hae lenders. I managed to purchase a new hair drier for blow drying. My old one was in a poor condition. The blow drier now i own is in good condition and its much efficient compared to the old one. I managed to increase my earnings by 35%profit because i could work fast. I also got one friend who i employed to help me with the much work and alot of customers. I saved a portion of the profits for future purposes and for the business.

    My previous loan helped me puchase shampoo and manicure and pedicure products for my business. I also bought scrubbing oil which was in demand to help Remove dead skin from the face. The profits i obtain i used them to pay my college fees partialy and also saved some. My net earnings increased by 20 %.
