my name is Adwoa Angelina, I am married with 2 children. I started life in a typical village where by the essence of education was never a priority. this resulted in me entering primary school at a very late stage but all this did not affect me because i was more concentrated. As i entered the towns for my secondary it was very challenging as most of the girls in the school saw me as their senior sister and they always came to me for advice. This resulted in me getting to understand people very much and developing the love to help people. I said to myself that i have to transform this to helping many people then. I just ended up being a community nurse. I like reading a lot when i am free.
I do work with the Ghana Health service and as a community nurse my duty is always to be in the community and talk to them about widespread for disease and how to control them and also take notes from them. I am paid monthly by the government for the work that i do. i used some of my salary to take care of my house and family.
I am very grateful for the first loan that was given to me to buy the motor for my community health service. I am very grateful to zidisha lenders. Now i would like to start to build a small clinic for the community as this will bring healthcare closer to them. I am going to repay the loan from my salary from the Ghana Health service.
