About Me

I was raised in rural Kenya in a middle income family, that practiced tea farming. After i completed my high school studies i came to Nairobi where i secured a job in a cloth Manufacturing factory as a machine operator.
I used to be paid 9000 shilling a month, which is very little money in Nairobi.
S i decided to quit this job and start a business of my own to meet my daily needs.
I am married and i have two kids whom i desire to give good and education.

My Business

My business is of boda boda business, where i ferry people from one estate to another within Nairobi town. It is a nice business because the population within Nairobi is very high and most people like to use motobikes because it is convenient and faster, as well as cheap as compared to other means of transport.
I bought a second hand motobike and i want to raise more money so as to buy a new motobike which is easy to maintain.

I make approximately one thousand kenyan shillings every day with which i pay my rent, and pay school fees for my children.

Loan Proposal

A new motobike costs around 1000 dollars to buy a new motobike.
So far i have managed to save a round 700 dollars . So i will use the loan to service my motorbike so that so that it can work well without any breakdowns so as to run efficiently.
Once i am able to save enough money i will add the Zidisha loan to buy a new motobike to add to the secondhand one that i am using
