About Me

I am Emmanuel Mutai aka Manu.

Currently i am working as a freelance Project Lead, Data entry specialist, Editor & Translation for English>Swahili documents. I have 5 years experience in translation industry. In other times i do engage in farming and doing small scale business activities, due to the potentiality of thriving in agribusiness in my country Kenya. My hobbies involves listening to music as i engage my activities, reading leadership and motivational books, volunteering in children's home and the needy in the society, watching football, adventure and socializing.

My Business

I started my farming business immediately after completing my high school studies, this is because i do come from an area zone of farming. Having come from a humble background, i had to do something in order to get funds for school fees and money for sustenance. Atleast i was able to finish college with the income from the business.

This time round i would like to borrow loan to use in completing the house i am building in the village where i do always do my farming. I started the house project but towards the end i have run out of funds to complete it. I believe by setting a good house it will help me in having security form my farming items and tools. I still need window panes, plywood and paints for painting. I always believe in Zidisha because they help people achieve their dreams through financial support. The total cost of the funds i need is around $100.

Loan Proposal

I wish to borrow another loan, but this time round i want to buy animal feeds for the cows i have been given by my parents to rear in order to supplement the production of milk. Once given the loan i will utilize all of it in buying the animal hays where a bundle size goes for $6. This means with $ 46.92 i will get around 8 bundles of the hay.

This loan will be of great benefit to me and my family because the milk production from the cows will increase hence make more money when i sell the milk. At the moment the demand of milk is high and litre goes for between $0.47 to $0.53.
The money earned from this will be for furthering education and sustaining our family needs.
