About Me

My life began as a young petty lady who would like to study. I went through primary Education,through to Senior High School and finally to the University.I an now a teacher at Dormaa Senior High School. I have had six years teaching experience and I teach home economics. I have added to my job a restaurant in which I have employed people to work for me and I attend to my customers after class.

My Business

I cook different kinds of food. I prepare banku and okro stew,rice and beans stew,yam and palava salt. My interest in the restaurant was attributed to the fact that I wanted to put into practice what I teach in the classroom to real life situation and secondly to earn something to add to the meagre salary I receive.

Loan Proposal

My restaurant will serve you several best dishes you will enjoy,banku,rice,jolof rice,rice balls and others. I will buy ten bags of maize for preparing banku at $25, six bags of rice for my jolof rice at $21. I well also buy five cartons of red fish for preparing my jolof stew at $17. I will need three bags of dried pepper for my meals at $16.
