About Me

My name is Addai Charles. I am fetentaa in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana. A community of about nine hundred population. The main occupation here is farming. We mostly grow tomatoes. I belong to a family of six. My parents, two sisters,a boy and I. I am the fourth son of my parents. My parents are farmers.
After completion of senior high,I entered into farming business for two years before continued my education. This is all because of financial constraints on me.
After getting some money,I rushed for an application form and God so good, I passed my interview and entered into Tertiary education.
I became a professional teacher in last four years. I am now a school manager in my community.
I am able to use my pass experience to help so many students in my community and beyond. I used to teach Information and Communication Technology in my previous school.
The game I like best is football. Am a goalkeeper in my community team( The Royals).

My Business

I live in a community of about nine hundred population. Majority of them are farmers. Tomatoes are our major crop we cultivate sometimes,customers fail us to buy and at the end,they all get rot.
Since most of our peoples are farmers,they mostly send their wards(school going kids) to farms. This is so because,there is no school in my community here. Some of the children walk about eight kilometers before they reach their school (next town). Majority of the children fail to attend school because of the distance of the school.
I used to teach at the next town(Jinijini) of mine but looking at the condition of my town, I consulted the elders and some religious leaders here and they gave me go ahead to establish a school to lift education high here.
Now,my community is having a school called "DO UNTO OTHERS PREPARATORY SCHOOL".

Loan Proposal

Four year now, I have a school population of two hundred and thirty. Thanks be to God for how far He has brought me. It starts from kindergarten up to stage four.
LOAN PROPOSAL
My school(DO UNTO OTHERS PREPARATORY SCHOOL) is facing some challenges and am here to raise this loan in other to overcome this cankers.
For the kindergarten, water to drink is their Major problem. The management need to go extra Mile before getting water for them to drink and also to Cook for the kids. The management has planned to buy a two thousand litres of poly tank($400) to store water in abundant for them.
Also,there are no pray devices for the kids to play with. I will use ($150) of the money to buy playing materials such as toys,"see saw",wheels, etc.
I consulted the UNHCR(A refugees agency) to help me build a six unit classroom for the students. I was given $255. I have used the amount to build a six unit classroom. It has left with the roofing sheets. I will use $650 to buy the roofing sheets.
BENEFIT OF THE SCHOOL.
Since the school is situated in the community, the enrollment is very encouraging. This is because the children don't walk that extra mile again.
HOW TO REPAY THE LOAN.
The parents are well advised to finance their children's education and they are do it greatly.
So,I will use some of the school fees to repay the loan.
