About Me

My name is Patrick Kinuthia Kamau born in the year 1974 in a village called Gituru in Murang'a county. I was born in a family of seven being the first born.I was raised by my parents with alot of struggle to make the ends meet.Through thick and thin ,i managed to finish my Primary education and joined Secondary school.,My life in secondary school was not simple as i was supported by well-wishers until i completed my o level in 1994
Through hardship, i learned how to appreciate , humble and take any emerging issues with confidence and take it positively
After school i engaged myself in farming business where i grew cabbages and tomatoes which gave me the starting capital of food retail shop.
I started this business in Mazeras town which has potential in this kind of business ,it has very high population and almost everybody depend on buying food from shop. I am a father of three sons aged 13,10,and1 years respectively. They are very ambitious to become potential people in life.
The first born would like to venture in engineering industry and the second born would like to be a medical Doctor
I like reading and exploring in new venture especially in business

My Business

In my business ,i deal with food retail shop, where i provide the basic food commodities like sugar, wheat flour ,maize flour, wheat, loafs of bread ,milk ,detergents ,rice and cereals, etc
These goods are very essential to all human beings as they cannot survive without them .Everybody depends on these commodities which are readily available in my shop
The reason i chose this kind of business is that it is unique in the area and everybody depend on these commodities,so it fetch me good profit in return
I use the profit to expand my business , pay school fees for my children and also to support my parents back at home.

Loan Proposal

Due to shortage of rice and cereals from this region, i propose to supply these commodities in the local market transporting them from farmers
I also tend to add stock of rice and cereals in in my business .Each bag of rice costs 16.7 dollars and a bag of ninety kilograms of cereals costs 26.78 dollars where after selling ,i tend to make a good profit margin
