About Me

Mynames are Risper Sifuna,I am The first born in a family of three . I am currently studying accounting at Bumbe technical college. I went to a local secondary school even though I had passed well and qualified to join the best institution my parents could not afford.
After completing my secondary education I could not proceed to college because oof lack of fees and did have finances to start a business . I worked as hotel waiter for a couple of months ,and left because my boss who was the owner was harassing me sexual. I went back home disoriented but armed with $50 savings. I used the money to start a small second hand cloths and sell them to friends.I worked out and I have been able to save for my accounting course,my main clients are my college mates and friends.
I was born in luhya community in western Kenya and we have diverse culture and many attraction sites including the kakamega forest and the magic crying stone of kakamega.
I love watching movies ,singing and dancing. I won the best dancer in secondary school in 2011. it was great experience.

My Business

My business involves selling second hand cloths .I look for the best cloths and sell them to my friends and college mates.
The demand for the second hand cloths is very high because the are of better quality and affordable to many. Unlike the new cloths ,that are much more expensive to my target clients.
I choose these business because it was the most affordable idea at that time and it really picked up well.I am so happy to do these business ,because it does give me enough time to study.
My business revenues are about $500 a month.I spend $300 on buying my merchandise, each month. I make profits of average $200 a month.
I used 80% of my income to support my education through fees payment and buying other basic needs . I the rest to support my family.
