About Me

My name is Agnes, i completed senior high school and im planning to further my education to the tertially level, currently i have a job that i do, i work in appliances shop.
i stay with my mother and my sister, we are just two children of my mom. im 26 years of age, short, dark in colour im a very calm and obedient girl, im a hard worker.

My Business

I currently have a job and its an appliances shop. we sell all kinds of appliances like electrical appliances, example, Televisions, Refrigerators, Gas cylinders, Chairs, all kind of appliances and so many other things you can think of.
its a very huge shop, thats where i work as a sales personel. i attend to customers who wants to purchase some of the appliances.
its a good job for me and i like it.

Loan Proposal

i will buy two flat screen television to add to my shop for sale. the television will be the brand of NASCO.
This will benefit both the buyer and myself. because people over here like NASCO products a lot especially their televisions. they will be able to get their preferred television brand, and i will also make profit out of the sales.
my profit will increase for me because i will definitely add up a little bit cost to the sale cost because i will have to buy the product from a different town to my place

Income Source

This time business has been going very well now because the economic climate at my place is now very cool, everybody goes by their daily activities and so business is never slow, which means i will be able to pay off my loan with much ease

Thank you for updating your lenders about your current situation.

I'm curious, Agnes, did you quit your job because your employer didn't pay you on time or maybe even not at all for weeks or even months in a row? I know people in your country who have had that experience, in some cases even with big and so-called "reputable" companies, and also with no explanation or apology to the employees at all, and even with no indication told to the employees of when the companies would be doing right by them. These individuals now are searching for a reliable employer, and at least they currently are financially ahead because of not having to spend money five to six days per week anymore on the costs of transportation to and from a deadbeat employer, or the costs of meals from food stalls near the company at lunchtime, too.

My very best wishes to them and to you, too.

      Please stay safe.

Thanks for caring, That is exactly what happened to me and my friend in the job, we had to quit because we were spending the little money we had saved on transportation and food without getting paid at the end of the month. The employer told us to keep working and he would pay all default months money at once but we can't trust that so we stopped.
i will surely get a job early this month and will start payments.
Thanks and sorry for the defaults.

I am so sorry to hear that this bad practice that some employers engage in over there has happened to you, as well. :(

I'm sure that your lenders understand that what happened to you was out of your control, and that as soon as you do find and receive new income, that you will resume making payments here. In the meantime, please try not to stress too much about here, as we trust you that you will begin your repayments again, as soon as you can.

I'm saying a prayer for you to find a better employer soon.

Best wishes, and as always, please stay safe.

              You're welcome, Agnes.

And, in case your former employer may be reading, I realize that there probably have been circumstances beyond their control, too, especially during a pandemic, which have caused the business to be financially unstable (although I've also heard of this happening there in Ghana even before the pandemic began).

However, that said, the employer at least should apologize to you, write you an I.O.U. for the money owed to you for your work, and tell you that if the business survives the covid-19 pandemic (and whatever other calamities it's facing) that you would be called back, as soon as possible, to be paid your back wages or salary and to be hired back, if you're still available at that time (but at least to pay you the money they owe you for the work that you did).

                  Hi Agnes,

I do recall that you mentioned an oral promise that your former employer made to you and your friend to pay you what he owes you. I was referring to a written "I.O.U." but since you said earlier that you can't trust in getting paid, I suppose that that wouldn't make much difference. Either way, I hope he will honor his promise, as soon it's possible for him to do so.

Congratulations on being close to starting a new job! :)

I'm saying another prayer for you that you get this new job, and that they pay you on time each month... not only for you to be able to make repayments to your lenders here, but also just in general for your life to be less stressful.

                  Take care and be safe.
