Life gives everyone a second chance called tomorrow. Yes! It is really motivatory to know that inspite of the mistakes we make in life we still get another day to amend. I am a woman who suffered a female genital multulation at a tender age ( A cultural pratice of removing part of the genital organs mostly from the vigina to make a woman sexually inactive). This is because of the customes and traditions of the tribe I was born into. Though I am a woman, I done enjoy a womanhood. How I wish I could turn back time. Inspite of all this horrible experiences that came my way, I still believe that I could make my existance a meaningful one to my family, my community and my country at large. Though I can no longer give birth of children of my own because of a rape incident i encountered at a tender age of three, it has been my long dream to have an orphanage programme in my community. "Never give up until the bones are rotten" is my secret for this perseverance spirit of mine.
My name is Adjabeng Victoria. I am a Ghanaian. The name of my father is Mr. Prince Owusu. My mother is Mrs. Vida Nyarko both of blessed memory.
My Business
It was about three years aho that the thought of running my own business came to mind. By then, I had completed a beauty terapy training school which was sponsored by the fellowship I attend in my Church. I got the initial capital to set up my own shop from the petty trading I did and to manually wadh cloths with my hands in exchange of money. The women empowerment programme also came to my aid a lot. I am into all kinds of facial treatment terapy, general body massage, hair do and several others wich include basic and advance pedicure. I am hopping to improve the standard of my clinic to be one of the best in my community .
