I am Hanna Boadu, on 4th March 1973 am from a family of eight children. I was born into a little town called Old Tafo . I took my first steps in education at the Old Tafo Faith Primary school . My parents could only afford my elementary education after which my mother introduced me into business(trading) i have traded for about 28 years and with much experience in trading i now have my own provision store which my husband built. I am married to Kwaku Boadu who is a chief auto mechanic for the last twenty four years and we have three children. A male and two females. My son who is my first born is now at the University followed by my second child who is a female and she is studying at the senior high school, my last born who is also a female is at the primary level of education.
I operate a provision store, I buy goods from a bigger market and resell them to the people around my community. This has being my business for the last two decades now. My shop can be located just in front of my house. I sell goods like drinks, toiletries, beverages, water and many more. I use this store to help my neighbor’s access things that they may need without travelling a long distance before getting the little things they may need. My business help me support my husband financially with our children’s education.
I will continue to seek another loan an amount of $950.00 Even though my business is doing very well I tend to use most of my gains to help my wards in school which is also my responsibility as a parent. Now to sustain this business even with my high expenditure I will need to expand the business with an amount of $950.00 .
30% of this loan will be invested in my wards education and the remaining 70% will fully go into my business.
Thank you to my lenders and Zidisha team.
