About Me

A highly determined and focused individual, who was brought up among five siblings through rather hard times in the rural area of Nakuru in Kenya. I did manage to go through school, excelling well to become a well experienced technocrat in IT, Business and Real Estate

My Business

I am currently employed, and still run side businesses in Real Estate, Fitness and Agriculture.

My Real estate business, involves construction and renting out of studios and single unit houses to low to medium income bracket. This business is capital intensive and hence my being here, to appeal to like-minded people to support me in this journey.

Loan Proposal

If awarded, all amounts of the loan will go towards finishing paintworks on the newly constructed rentals spaces, before putting them into the market.

I look forward to earning approximately Kes 100,000 from the said units, and using a good portion of this sum to repay my Zidisha loan.

This property will serve to accommodate many Kenyans, in line with the government's initiative for affordable housing programmes.

Business has been quite low on the backdrop of tensions from our national elections period. This is now past and we are looking forward to a positive business outlook for the remainder of the month of August.

The previous loan was used to finalize the finishing touches on a new block of houses, which was done successfully. We are heading to painting works, in the next few weeks.

Thank you lenders for advancing the loan, used towards procurement of door and windows for the premise. We are yet there, and hope to finalize this process so that plastering can commence. Thank you in advance.
