About Me

I grew up in rural Kenya, and i managed to get education. I am university graduate in Bachelor of agriculture and veterinary studies. Since completing my studies i have not yet gotten a government job. So i decided to go into farming, so as to cater for my basic needs. I borrowed money from my sister to buy a green house so as to practice farming.
i decided to do farming so as to get good money to educate my kids .
I like doing voluntary work in my community during my free time.

My Business

I basically rear chicken, and do horticulture. I have 40 chicken some of which are laying eggs, and i also plant tomatoes, onions and cabbages.
I have equally started bee farming, right now i have 7 beehives which i am about to harvest in October.
i chose this kind of business coz it requires little capital to start and i have ready market for my products

Loan Proposal

I currently have one cow, I need to buy another one since I have enough grass, and space to feed the cow.
If I manage to buy this, I will increase my yields and have more savings. I will also use the other funds to buy feeds for my cattle.

The cow costs 500 dollars.

Feed per 90 kg bag goes for 25 dollars. And I need to buy about 15 sacks and that will cost around 380 dollars

I will also use around 20;dollars for vet services.

Thanks for the support
