It was later to dawn to me that it would again take almost ten years waiting to be absorbed by the government. With the skills that I had acquired in Information Technology, I thought of switching to something different and the idea of self employment was born. During my stay I have been offering services and on producing online payslips for teachers, I have been disappointed since they are usually underpaid and id rather stay in business where I feel I do better than in the teaching profession. May be in future i will invest in education and think of managerial position in the teaching profession which is far much better than being just a classroom teacher. My Business

After graduation and no jobs coming by, I decided to start a simple business to earn income, I own a stall offering various accessories I own a desktop computer and have been offering computer typesetting services to my customers. I also design cards and do the printing. The business is so far doing well, however the operation cost is making profits go down, in side of printing, i dont have a reliable printer and the HP deskjet 2515 that I own is not reliable. This means that whenever I have bulk printing and photocopying, there is interuption to do some reffiling of ink and sometimes the catridges fail. Photocopying is my main source of income since atleast every day i make about USD5 in photocopies only.

Loan Proposal

With my third loan, I want to purchase TransPro Select 15X15 Heat Press machine currently going for USD 550. This machine has many of the quality features that found on similar but more expensive machines in the market. I settled on this machine because of its ability to apply heat transfers to may types of materials eg. Tshirts, Caps Plates, mugs among others. This will enable me introduce a service that currently is not available in many parts. I will be printing names of individuals on the tshirts and even caps, am also targeting homesteads by printing favourite photos on mugs. The extra cost on the machine will be toppled from my personal savings.
