Meaning that apart from the business you are also a regular employee and on government payroll. So if business is not doing well you can use small percentage of your salary to be making payment gradually.

Able to speak with Andrews this afternoon, he mentioned that he recently re-located his business and that has affected him hence the delayed in payment. he has promised to resume payment now.
