About Me

My name is Hellen Korkor Quaye. I am 26 years of age. I come from Amantin in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana, where I live currently. I belong to a family of five.-- my parents, two siblings and myself. I manage a provision shop for a living. The food I like best is fried potato with palava sauce and I hike as a hobby.
I am a Senior High School leaver and business minded.
My dream is to forever be an entrepreneur.

My Business

I manage a provision shop as a profession. My shop is located in Amantin near the chief's palace, in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana.
After working with one of my aunties to run her provision shop in Accra, I made some savings from my wages and started my own shop in Amantin. I started managing the shop alone and later after six months I employed two workers to help run the shop.
On every Friday which is a market day in Amantin, we convey some of our items to the market square and we make good market.
It is my major priority to meet the demands of my customers as well as enlarge my shop.

Loan Proposal

Dear lenders,thank you for the first loan. It really supported my business.
Now I request a second loan of GHS2716 to stock my shop the more so I can make more profit and also serve my customers better.
Below is a breakdown of what the loan of GHS2716 will be used for.
A deep freezer will cost me GHS1500. The purpose the deep freezer will serve is to preserve meat and fish I will be adding to my business for sale.
4 cartons of fresh chicken will cost me GHS 600 at GHS 150 per carton.
3 cartons of fresh fish will cost me GHS300 at GHS 100 per carton.
3 cartons of tin fish will cost me GHS 300 at GHS 100 per carton
This will meet the increased demand of these items by customers.
