I spent my childhood in Chesongoch Marakwet where i grew up and went to school there. I had a challenge after college of lacking capital to start my business but i borrowed a loan which provided me with capital. My people are unique as they are well known of preserving their culture. My child dreams to be a neuro surgeon. My hobby is playing piano.
The business activity that i engage is selling beauty and cosmetics products hair gels and hair. They are in demand as people always need to keep their hair look good. I started this business since i wanted to an activity that would generate me income. My business typical costs are around Ksh 15000 monthly and then get income of approximately Ksh 30000 leaving me with a profit of KSH 15000 that i use for upkeep.
The business i run of selling body lotions, hair gels and weaves helps me really a lot as it has more demand due to strategic position. I will use the loan to buy extra stock of body hair gels that will cost Ksh 2000 and this i expect to add an extra income of Ksh 2100. This proit i will reinvest back into my business so that it can grow well.
