About Me

I am 65 but strong and healthy. Life was not easy during my youthful days. I had to struggle to care for my siblings. I was a teacher with a technical background. I decided to do taxi business alongside whatever l was doing. I had the desire of setting up a Transportation business. By the grace of God, things started working out.

My Business

I am now running a transport business with two assistants. We transport workers and market women to and fro their work places. This is a good business because, people always have to travel from their places of residence to their work places. The income helps me to pay my assistants and pay for my wards school fees.

DOMINION TRANSPORT
Dominion Transport is an Accra based company, whose mission is to provide reliable, timely, and safe carrier and cab services by using phone services. The company will establish its presence in the industry by acquiring new cabs and load carrier mini trucks.
Taxi will provide services to facilitate the travel of working individuals in and around the city area, while the mini trucks convey the market women from their various locations to the markets. The company's products and services show that we are an innovative, forward thinking company that recognizes the need to move with ever-changing customer needs.
At Dominion Transport, our philosophy is one that emphasizes service, and a realization that, effective communication is a key component in our business. The company also realizes that, in a competitive environment, flexibility and professionalism maintain that leading edge.
Dominion Transport drivers, though few, are helpful, courteous, and fully trained on minor maintenance work on the vehicles in their possession in case of emergency. The company's strategy is to build reputation by establishing itself as a viable alternative to existing taxi cab services in the area. In the near future, for the safety of both drivers and passengers of Dominion Transport, our cabs and mini trucks will be fitted with Global Positioning Systems (GPS), which enable the vehicles to be tracked or located in an emergency. All Dominion Taxi cabs will be clean, well maintained, and inspected regularly for safety and comfort.
The company is seeking GHC15,000.00 of financing to fund the purchase of mini truck for transporting goods of our customers, especially the market traders.
