About Me

My name is Adwoa Kwakyewaa Ofei. I'm the third and last child of my parents I'm a Christian.i did my elementary schooling at University primary and Junior High School, Legon, and my senior high at Abuakwa State College.Did journalism and marketing at my tertiary level after I was employed as a Marketing and sales personnel at Enterprise Life Assurance company after I decided to go and market the life policies like the Education,investment and funeral policies at the northern part of Ghana,I actually took my company there for the first time and through me they opened a branch there in the North.this initiative benefited many people over there. And I am so happy to have made an impact in a less privileged community. The salary i was receiving wasn't anything good to write home about. Due to the experience i had in the marketing and sales of life insurances, i decided to establish my own small business. I decided to venture into the sales of cosmetics and Brazilian hair and other stuffs, as they are basic necessities for women. And they are also a fast moving products. I'm married with two lovely children. I really love children as well. The older one is seven years. He wants to be an accountant in the future. The younger one is just three years. My hobby is cooking.

My Business

I'm into sales of cosmetics and hairs extensions like Brazilian hair,virgin hair,fuming hair,Indian hair etc, and also sells shoes and women hand bags. In Ghana, hair extensions has become very trendy for today' s ladies hair styles. They have become basic necessities for women. They fix it for all kinds of events. And is a good venture to invest in. The cost of a hair extension on the market is between 60 cedis and 100 Cedis depending on the length of the extensions. Averagely, i make a profit of 700 Ghana Cedis monthly. One third of the profit is reinvested back into the business and the remaining profit is used to support my children's education. This loan will enable me get more stocks because day in day out my customer base is getting more larger. I also plan to expand my business by opening one more shop in the near future.

Loan Proposal

The loan will be use to purchase more hairs extensions for my customers. And it profit to take care of extra cost of the family. No need to be always asking money for some expenditures from my husband.
