About Me

I can still remember my childhood desires of being a doctor when I started my education in the year 1994 when I started my nursery education three years down the line I graduated and joined class according to the Kenyan curriculum i.e 1997.

when I joined class one I worked very hard since I was coming from a humble background so it motivated me to work very hard and I didn't repeat till I completed class eight and passed well but due to lack of school fees I couldn't make it to secondary school and bye then well wishers were not readily available like today and more so in our culture they didn't like to educate girls so it also contributed to me not going to school.

In the year 2006 after I failed to join high school Walked to my aunt in Mombasa town where I worked as house girl while working as a house girls for two years I save money and took my self to Kisauni polytechnic and pa sued a course in dress making and design I graduated in the year 2009 .after graduating that when I my aunt bought me a sewing machine and I Started the cloth production business up to date I still work as tailor but in a addition I train people on dressmaking at my premisses of work .
Currently am single i.e am not married but when married I would like my children to be hard working like me so that they can overcome the challenges of life.
My hobby is singing and swimming each weekend after Sunday service I go to the beaches to relax, swim and chat with my pals this is when I have the good moment and I really enjoy.

My Business

My business in is called MAGY TAILORING AND DRESS MAKING.Here I make wedding gowns, casual dresses, curtains ,weeding clothes for the bridesmaids and flower girls dresses more so I do train young ladies dress making at a fee and the business is doing very well.
I chose this business after my dream of becoming a doctor went into the grave and I Pa sued dressmaking and design. There after I saw the need of having my own dressmaking business, because it has a wide market ranging from school going children who need school uniforms and during parties, weeding and parties.
my cost are in a month are 20000 and this gives me a profit of 12000 and I the profit to educate my young brother who is in now in form three, cater for my upkeep, and buy food for my mum in the rural home.

Loan Proposal

I here by ask an another loan so that I can increase the number of tailoring machines due to the increase of students demanding to learn the skill.
This will help this girls who are unable go to high school get a chance to learn the skill and be entrepreneur like me and earn a living too.
So I will use the money to buy two butterfly tailoring machines each costing $8.2
Since I will have increased the machines the profit will increase from the production and the fees the students pay me for them to learn the skill so I expect a profit increase from ksh. 1000 to ksh.1500 per day
