About Me

My name is Joyce Takuaa, I hail from Berekum-Jinijini in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana with House Number JPO/153. I had my secondary education at Sunyani Secondary School (SUSEC) in the Sunyani Municipality and further at Community Health Nurse at Tanoso in the Tano District. I am now pursuing my distance learning at Premier Health Training at Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. I am currently working at Jinijini Hospital.

My Business

I am currently working at Jinijini Hospital, after completing Community Health Nurse at Tanoso. Many thanks to my lovely parents for struggled they pass through in to support me and my education. I opened material shop at Berekum Jinijini main market about 2 to 5 years. Because after completing Community Health Nurse School, my parents who gave me highly support through my education were getting old, so I made up my mind to open a provision store for them in order to get their daily meals, because, it is me who is taking care of them. But I soon realized that, there’s no material shop here in Jinijini so if I may open material shop instead of provision, it will help me and my parents and the income will be higher than provision as there’s no any material shop here. Even anytime we need just one yard for a particular material, we go to another town and buy it. So I stopped to open provision store and made it material shop rather. Some of the materials I have in my shop are; Lance, High target clothes, Sitkaprint, Tie and dye, Woodin, Tafital, Kente, Abendenden materials, Shevon materials, Gegya materials, Awuraabena materials, Checks for school and many more. By the grace of God, this business is growing and the income I generate from there is higher respectfully and it’s patronizing as well. I am also pursuing my distance learning at Premier Health Training at Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, so I need extra amount of money to support me and my education.

Loan Proposal

As I stated above that the business is well growing, I need to add more materials into my shop to serve my customer properly in order to get more profit from there. As I am speaking now, it’s only my shop where you can get any material you want. So I am pleading to Zidisha and dear Lenders to support me to expand my business and my education also. The bank loan interest is headache as well, so I don’t want to go for any bank loan to support my business and education. That’s why I am pleading to you and I hope my application will meet your favorable and consideration. Thank you and God be with you.
