My names are Mervis Bwalya ,i was born in 1992 started my primary Education in 1999 at Mubanga Chipoya Basic school and wrote my grade 7 exams and passed to grade 8 at Laura Girls secondary school,i wrote my grade 9 exams and passed to grade 10,from gra senior level.
On the other handde 10 to grade 12 i was at Kasama Girls Secondary School where i completed my Cartering is my source income . I started my cooking as career in 2011.I have used my cooking carreer to over difficulties such as rentals and helping my old parents.My land and culture easily with vegetation and minerals,my dauter is only 11 months learning how to talk and my hobby is cooking
The kind of services i provide good food and hospitality ,i have chosen this business because i am able to Rent and my school.
I use my profit to reinvest in other low firms related to food business and make sure i do not make any loss at the end of the day.
With focus and determination the results of my cooking tend to be outstanding,delicious and that super taste like its almost unreal.
When i get the loan ,i will use the money to buy a meat grinder machine at $200.
This will be an advantage for to buy meat in bulk,make my personal sausage ,brand it as MOTHER SAUSAGE for resale to my customers,local and national .
My mission and vision is to feed the all community and eventually the world at large,this will be a poverty solution,it will be a source of employment and development to my country.
With focus i really expect double the price i am investing in my business inventory.
