I am the only housewife of my husband who works My child is a school in kindergarten and to help my family"s economy selling clothes around to the neighbor"s house house around my neighborhood living and in mother"s mother who is waiting for her child"s school I sell her by way of credit and the buyer can pay by installing the weekly or directly 30 days later. Because my neighborhood is middle-class and densely populated so that for their clothing needs heavy if you have to cash in advance & distance clothing store downtown is very far & its transportation cost is expensive From the sales of clothes around I get additional for school fees my son . My business is selling home-made clothes by way of credit. I earn 50% -100% profit if it sells in installments. But the price is still affordable because I buy directly to the wholesale center & if compared with the store price is not much different because the store high operational costs for rent place & pay employees Why do I sell clothes? Because fashion trends always change & everyone wants to follow the latest fashion trends. So the market for my selling is the same and the products that are sold always change the model. So I do not need to open a new market to promote my clothes. Simply improve my service to the buyer with enough friendly & diligent communicating for buyers to buy my clothes. Because the neighborhood I live in is densely populated with a large number of heads of families & getting to know each other so it becomes a promising business potential

Anak saya sekolah di TK dan untuk membantu ekonomi keluarga saya berjualan baju keliling ke rumah rumah tetangga sekitar lingkungan saya tinggal dan di ibu ibu yang sedang menunggu anak nya sekolah

Saya menjual nya dengan cara kredit dan para pembeli bisa membayar dengan cara mengangsur mingguan atau pun langsung 30 hari kemudian. Karena lingkungan saya adalah kelas menengah kebawah dan padat penduduk sehingga untuk kebutuhan pakaian mereka berat jika harus secara cash di muka & jarak toko pakaian di pusat kota pun sangat jauh & ongkos transportasi nya mahal

Dari hasil penjualan pakaian keliling saya mendapatkan tambahan untuk biaya sekolah anak saya.

Saya mendapatkan keuntungan 50%-100% jika menjual dengan angsuran. Tetapi harga nya pun tetap terjangkau karena saya membeli langsung ke pusat grosir & jika di bandingkan dengan harga toko tidak beda jauh karena toko biaya opersional tinggi untuk sewa tempat & bayar pegawai

Kenapa saya menjual pakaian? Karena tren fashion baju selalu berubah & setiap orang ingin mengikuti tren mode terbaru. Jadi pasar untuk saya menjual adalah sama dan produk yang di jual selalu berganti model.

Jadi saya tidak perlu membuka market yang baru untuk mempromosikan pakaian saya. Cukup memperbaiki service saya kepada pembeli dengan cukup ramah & rajin berkomunikasi agar pembeli mau membeli pakaian saya.

Karena lingkungan tempat saya tinggal adalah padat penduduk dengan jumlah kepala keluarga banyak & saling mengenal satu sama lain sehingga menjadi potensi bisnis yang menjanjikan
