I am a talent in the field of entertainment and I work as a master of ceremony .. i studied at jakarta art institute and became a choreographer .. faculty that I take is the performing arts then I am in meet with a lot of talent in the world of art and entertainment..finally my develop ourselves into event organizers n agency who facilitate our talents "to get job / contract work in many events" live or road show either on air or off air All of me started by offering professional dancer services as performers for various events and I started collect spg / spb database through job advertisements that I install through advertisement on the internet .. And this last year I can collect a lot of data spg freelance who want to work full time or part time .. Because I have many relationships in manpower / talent many client companies who entrust their events every year in the handle by event organizer to be more pro fesional and more efficient results of time and budget especially those associated with the performers of the Master of ceremony, singer n band, dancer, magician, usherette, and man power for various corporate promotional events I rent an office with a monthly rental fee of 2,000,000, and I have office inventory that is 2 office desk and chair and 1 computer for admin & 1 laptop that I use to work and do company profile presentation with client. 1 phone line & monthly internet access .. This month we get the project to fill the entertainment event at large scale wedding with the number of talent 15 dancers with 2x appearance .. The contract value is 500.000 x 15 dancer x 2 sessions appearance = Rp. 15.000.000, - and I get 10% profit from the contract value of 1.500.000, - for 1 project only .. Therefore this month I add 1 employee as marketing in charge of spreading business proposals from event organizer services via email " company in jakarta city. so we can get more project in 1 month

I am a master of ceremony / preseter at many events off air n on air .. i jg be choreographer in eskul modern dance & cheerleading and n some companies .. and have business event organizer and agency artist My office currently has 2 employees ie 1 admin and 1 marketing with 1.500.000 salary, - / month .. so my monthly fixed operation is office rent 2.000.000, - + salary 3,000,000, - + 500.000, - + phone & internet 300.000, - TOTAL Rp. 5.800.000, - / bulan My inventory is 2 computers + 1 laptop + 1 printer + 2 office desk + 1 meeting table for the job seekers interviews For every applicant who come and enter the CV and fill out the registration form at our office. . will be charged administrative fee of Rp.2.000, - / orang..dan every day there are at least 50 job seekers who register .. of the results that we can pay the office operations .. and in the next 1 year we have a client who has signed contract cooperation to do event sampling in retail store and use SPG as much as 10 people each month .. with n monthly salary is Rp. 3.000.000, - / orang..dan you have fixed income 10% handling fee that is Rp.3.000.000, - from work contract value Rp.30.000.000, - / month for 1 year cooperation .. From there all cost operational office event organizer paid .. but this end we are a little disturbed because the internet network is not stable so it requires a new installation costs using fiber optic installation fund is Rp.750.000, - and I want to borrow from zidisha in order to install internet at high speed .. and I am sure I can pay the installment because every day there is always a new order that comes after I recruit 1 new employee as marketing that spread the company profile office event organizer n agency artist .. I want to get a lot of new project in this month so we can work together for a long period of 3 months to 1 year to keep office cash flow more stable and I can get more profits and increase inventory & make recruit new employees again so that our clients are satisfied with the servie quickly provided. The advantage of this office will be my savings for my 2 daughters" education in the future so that they can go to college and get a high degree

Semua saya mulai dengan menawarkan jasa penari profesional sebagai pengisi acara untuk berbagai macam event dan saya mulai mengumpulkan database spg/spb melalui iklan lowongan kerja yang saya pasang melalui iklan di internet..

Dan setahun terakhir ini saya bisa mengumpulkan banyak data spg freelance yang mau bekerja secara full time atau part time..

Karena saya memiliki banyak relasi di manpower/bakat banyak client perusahaan yang mempercayakan acara yang mereka lakukan setiap tahun di handle oleh event organizer agar lebih profesional dan hasil lebih efisien waktu dan budget terutama yang berhubung dengan pengisi acara yaitu Master of ceremony, singer n band, dancer, magician, usherette, serta man power untuk berbagai macam event promosi perusahaan

Saya menyewa kantor dengan biaya sewa bulanan 2.000.000, dan saya memiliki inventaris kantor yaitu 2 meja kantor dan kursi dan 1 komputer untuk admin & 1 laptop yang saya gunakan untuk bekerja dan melakukan presentasi company profil dengan client. 1 line telepon & akses internet bulanan..

Bulan ini kami mendapatkan project u/ mengisi acara hiburan di pernikahan skala besar dengan jumlah talent 15 penari dengan 2x penampilan..

Nilai kontrak nya adalah 500.000 x 15 orang penari x 2 sesi penampilan = Rp. 15.000.000,- dan saya mendapatkan keuntungan 10% dari nilai kontrak kerja yaitu 1.500.000,- untuk 1 project saja..

Oleh sebab itu bulan ini saya menambah 1 karyawan sebagai marketing yang bertugas menyebarkan proposal bisnis dari jasa event organizer melalui email" perusahaan di kota jakarta .sehingga kami bisa mendapatkan lebih banyak project dalam 1 bulan ini

yang mendaftar..dari hasil itulah kami bisa membayar operasional kantor..dan dalam 1 tahun kedepan kami memiliki client yang sudah sign kontrak kerja sama untuk melakukan event sampling di retail store dan menggunakan SPG sebanyak 10 orang tiap bulan nya..denga n gaji bulanan yaitu Rp. 3.000.000,-/orang..dan kamu memiliki pendapatan tetap 10% handling fee yaitu Rp.3.000.000,- dari nilai kontrak kerja Rp.30.000.000,- /bulan selama 1 tahun kerja sama..

Dari situlah semua biaya operasional kantor event organizer terbayar..tetapi akhir akhir ini kami sedikit terganggu karena jaringan internet tidak stabil sehingga membutuhkan biaya pemasangan baru dengan menggunakan fiber optic dana pemasangan nya yaitu Rp.750.000,- dan saya ingin meminjam dari zidisha agar bisa memasang internet dengan kecepatan tinggi..dan saya yakin bisa membayar angsuran tersebut karena tiap hari selalu ada order baru yang masuk setelah saya merekrut 1 karyawan baru sebagai marketing yang menyebarkan company profil kantor event organizer n agency artis..

Saya ingin mendapatkan banyak project baru di bulan ini agar kami bisa bekerja sama dalam jangka waktu lama yaitu 3 bulan sampai 1 tahun agar cash flow kantor makin stabil dan saya bisa mendapatkan lebih banyak keuntungan dan menambah inventaris & merekrut karyawan baru lagi sehingga klien kami merasa puas dengan servie cepat yang di berikan.

Keuntungan dari kantor ini akan saya tabung untuk pendidikan 2 anak perempuan saya di masa depan sehingga mereka bisa kuliah dan mendapatkan gelar yang tinggi..amin

Kadi mereka biasanya melakukan seleksi by photo oleh sebab ITU composite foto talent yang harus di kirim berkualitas tinggi agar tingkat approval nya tinggi

Oleh sebab ITU saya berencana membuka studio foto di kantor dengan perlengkapan yang lengkap yaitu Camera SLR n lightings yang memadai

Sehingga saya membutuhkan Dana yang besar sekitar 15.000.000 IDR untuk membeli perlengkapan studio
