From the loan i got of ksh 18000 i was able to construct a changing room where clients are able to change clothes and chose what fits them better, this has improved customer service for my clients who now buy what fits them best. i also added some stock for the holiday and the sales has improved greatly. This has increased my sales to another level and also my profit have improved from ksh 30000 to ksh35000
