My name is Adama Kone. I was born in Ouahirmabougou, Burkina Faso. I was born to a family of 6 children, of which I am the youngest. I went to primary school in Kafani, at the Teaching College of Loumanaoù. At age 16, I switched schools and transferred from Banfora Secondary School of Lompolo KONE to Zegoua Private Secondary School in Mali in order to finish up my studies. In 2011 I obtained my baccalaureat. 2012, I was a ticket seller for a transportation company (SAMA) in Zegoua, Mali. After doing this, I returned to Burkina Faso, my country of birth, to work at a petroleum company. In conjuction with working there, I am also selling portable phones.
I sell many brands of portable phones (Nokia, Samsung, Alcatel, etc.), most of what I have are Chinese brands, but I sell French brands as well; these usually have only one processing chip. I buy the telephones through a wholesaler at the large market in order to resell them individually. For each portable phone sold, I make 700 francs and often more than this. This allows me to meet my day-to-day needs, such as health case in case I get sick, food, and many other things. Currently, selling portable phones works well in Bobo Dioulasso and I am very encouraged concerning this business.
Along with my job I am in sales of mobile phones and phone accessories.
As you well know, the mobile phone is no longer a luxury and the need to procure remains indispensable. The mobile phone is not only a tool for communication but must also widely used in other things such as downloading certain applications, file transfer by Bluetooth system, and it allows us to connect via WIFFI or the using a SIM card from the operator. I sell mobile phones from various brands (Nokia, Samsung, Alcatel, etc.) and most are Chinese brand but I also have some of French brand that is generally phones with a single chip. Thanks to good relations with wholesale sellers, I enjoy certain benefits such as a quantity is given me a good discount not only me but adds 30% more stock than I usually pay in 3 see four months later . Je m’appelle KONE Adama, né le six Mai mille neuf cent quatre vingt huit (06/05/1988) à Ouahirmabougou (Burkina-Faso). Je suis issue d’une famille de six (06) enfants dont je suis le cadet. J’ai fait l’école primaire à kafani , le collège d’enseignement général de Loumanaoù j’ai arrêté les études en première au Lycée Lompolo KONE de Banfora pour continuer la terminale au lycée privé de Zeguoua au Mali où j’ai obtenu le Baccalauréat en deux mille onze (2011). En deux mille douze (2012), j’ai exercé la fonction de Guichetier dans une société de transport (SAMA) à Zegoua (Mali). Après je suis revenu dans mon pays natal (Burkina-Faso) pour travailler dans une société de Petrole. Parallèlement je suis dans la vente des téléphones portables.
Je vends les téléphones portables de plusieurs marques (nokia, Sumsung, Alcatel etc.) et la plupart sont de marque Chinoise mais j’ai quelques un aussi de marque Française qui est généralement les téléphones avec une seule puce. Je prends les téléphones en gros avec un grossiste au grand marché pour revendre en détails. Sur chaque portable vendu j’ai un intérêt de sept cent (700) Franc et souvent plus. Cela me permet de subvenir à mes besoins vitaux tels sont les soins de santé en cas de maladie, la nourriture et biens d’autres choses. Actuellement la vente de téléphone portable marche bien à Bobo-Dioulasso et j’ai une grande ambition pour cette activité.
