About Me

My name is Daniel Nana Poku Ofei, I'm the third child of my parents. I'm a Christian . I schooled in Togo. I did my elementary n secondary schooling over there.
Then I came back to Ghana to do information technology at NIIT. My father owns a hotel in East Legon . I have been helping my father to manage the Hotel since 2008.
In January 2010, i decided to establish a phone shop where i will sell mobile phones and accessories, because of the education background i have in technology. Though it was not easy from the start due to lack of financial capital, but gradually things begun to take shape. Information Communications Technology has become a major part of human life, and as such one stands to benefit when he or she invests in it. I am married with two kids. One boy and one girl. The boy is the oldest. He wants to be a great footballer in the future. He has so much passion for football just like me. The girl is still young and in kindergarten. My hobby is football.

My Business

I am into sales of mobile phones and power bank brought to me by my cousin . Mobiles phones are very much in demand in the market and also because of the power problem in Ghana power bank has become the source to charge mobiles phones whether at home in your car or at work is quite portable and easy to use cause is handy. The cost of a power bank is between 80 Ghana Cedis and 200 Ghana Cedis depending on the mAh.
The patronage of power bank has gone high cause more people uses smart phones .
I make about 2,500 Ghana Cedis monthly in revenue. About half of the profit is reinvested back into the business whiles the remaining profit is used to cater for my family. It is my vision to expand my phone business in the coming years so that i can have additional branches at various locations.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan for purchase of mobile phones accessories ( mobile phones power banks) . The unit price is 20 dollars. The income will give me extra revenue to cater for extra expenses for the family.
The profit margin will 30% of the loan applied .
