I grew up in a humble family of seven children three sisters and four brothers I am the first born in our family after my primary school education I joined Dede High School in Nyanza province and later on joined Kenyatta University for a Diploma course in Early Childhood education,I am currently employed at a private Nursery school in my village and part time I sell charcoal so to make extra money to support my family,I am a mother of four children three boys and a daughter and am married to Mr Keffa. My first born son is very bright in school when he grows up he wants to be a doctor and the others I guess are still too young to know what they want in life.
My business involve selling charcoal in the market,I get the charcoal from farmers who plant big trees specifically for that business of making charcoal and selling fire wood I prefer this business cause it doesn't waste most of my time since teaching is a very demanding job and so this line of business is good since you can even organize for someone to sell for you while you are away and they will not still from you easily I also prefer this business because of the demand of clients since people in my village do not have electricity and so they mostly use charcoal and firewood in cooking so the demand is high.
I wish to apply for money so I may add stock in my charcoal selling business if I get funded I will use the amount of 5000KES to buy five more bags of charcoal in my business and that will be 20,000KES profit in my business especially during this festive season where the demand for charcoal for cooking is very high so I will make profits and I will also be in a good position to repay my loan without stress.and add more stock in my business.
