About Me
I am a proud mother of three a loyal residence of Kahawa Wendani I have stayed here for more than 30years and am not planing to move anytime soon since all my life revolves around kahawa Wendani,I hold Diploma in business management and and have put my skill in practice by starting up an office where I do property management,from my earnings I save and the rest I cost share with my spouse to settle our domestic needs,during my free time I jog,read novels and I also enjoy spending time with my family.
My Business
My business involve property management I take care of residential houses and I also advise on properties especially lands,as an agent part from collecting rents I also manage properties for landlords whom entrust their properties on my hands,there are e few challenges where some clients vacate houses without notice and some even damage the houses but that is covered with their deposits,my main challenge is where I need to keep records since my business keep growing and so there is need to expand my office currently i have a secretary and four people whom operate on the ground,our office is located at Migunas Building some 50metres from kahawa Wendani bus terminus its on the second floor room No 26
Loan Proposal
I want to buy a computer for my office that will help me in keeping my records since am having a hard time keeping records on hard copies that wear out every time and again,the computer will cost me Ksh30,000 with the funds from Zidisha I will add to my savings and get the computer that is so much vital in my business,at this point I can say my business is doing very well and so I want to take the advantage and access the funds from Zidisha that will enable me to progress in business and also allow my office to upgrade to a modern office I have plenty of cash flow during this first three months since students have re-opened at Kenyatta University and so I offer them accommodation in the houses I manage as an agent so at this point I will have plenty to save and re-pay my loans well thank you.
