I managed to undergo the primary and secondary Kenyan education system upto college where i joined for a Social Work training.I was un able to pay school feed hence dropping before i finished my training.
This one was a big challenge to me for my future life.To overcome the challlenge i decided to look for a job in the flower sector in Naivasha.I managed to save little money that i used as capital to start my current business.
I am married with one wife and two sons.My old son dreams to be a doctor in future. My second born son is seven month old.
During my childhood i dreamt to be a lawyer to help the oppressed. My hobby is reading the bible, travelling and making friends.

My Business

I live in Naivasha town where i do my business. My business entails selling of second hand shoes locally known as mtumba. These goods are in demand locally for they are cheap, durable and affordable to the local citizens compared to new ones. Locals are unable to afford new shoes as per their low income.
I chose this business for it needed less capital to start and the goods are of high demand to the locally.
I buy the shoes from Nairobi which is the capital city of Kenya. It cost ksh 200 to Nairobi which is one hour thirty minutes drive from Naivasha.Return journey too is ksh 200.From where i alight is ksh 40 to Gikomba the market where i buy the shoe and return journey is ksh 90 inclusive my good before picking the vehicle to Naivasha whereby i will be charge more ksh 150 for my luggage.I buy one shoe at ksh 100 and resale at ksh 200.Example ksh 5,000 shoes i will have sale of ksh 10,000 then i minus working money and to get ksh 5,000 minus the transport hence profit will be ksh 4,360.
My buying price depending with how much cash i have for restock
I use the profit i earn for investment in growing the business and also in domestic use for my household like food, school fees etc
