About Me

My name is Nixon W. Anunda. I am 47 years old. I went to primary school at Rabai primary school starting from class 1-8. I completed my 8th class and joined Mbale high school in Kakamega district. I obtained a mean grade of C+. I managed to joined Thika school of Theology where I graduated as a pastor. I am also the director of Valley of Truth Learning Centre, a school that is serving the needy, less fortune and special kids in Nairobi- Tassia.

several hardships have come along my way however, God has been enabling me to pass through. I overcome the hardship by doing using extra-ordinary ways which gives good solutions.

I came to start my own business when I saw the needs of kids at Valley of truth Learning Center overwhelming and also the need of people to use motorbikes especially in areas where vehicles cannot pass through.

The culture of people in this area use motorbikes far more than vehicles since most of them work in nearly areas and thus in this surroundings, vehicles cannot pass .

First born wants to become a journalist, second born wants to become a lawyer, third born wants to become a pastor and last born wants to become a pastor too.

My Business

I provide transport service to people from one place to another using motorbike

This transport is important in that some people leave to their places of work early and thus vehicles cannot access the interior areas where these people leave and thus they prefer motorbike since its penetrates to the interior.

Motorbike service is on demand since people can call the owner of the motobike and she/he is picked at his/her point of of his choice.

I choose this kind of business because its reliable and on demand. The cost per day for the motorbike depends nature of the road thus if the road is bumpy and rocky, the tear and wear will be high and vise vasa. Per month, the cost of maintenance is roughly at Ke. 2000/= while the profit is Ke. 8000. The monthly cost of the Valley of Truth Learning Center bills is: feeding programme = 70,000/= salaries = 80,000/= and school rent is 60,000/= total of Ks. 210,000 per month. This is my total monthly cost and I can get 5 motorbikes running, I believe I will be able to meet to the above monthly costs.

I use the profit to meet some of the Valley of Truth Learning Centre bills and also for repairs and servicing of the motorbike.

Loan Proposal

I will add this amount to whatever I have so that I may buy a new motorbike since the one I have its worn-out. I have done a lot of repairs but still its not functioning well. A new motorbike costs $ 952.

I will benefit since when the motobike is new, its makes transport easier. It reduces the cost of maintenance. Since maintenance is minimal, the customer has confidence and thus reduces the cases of accidents.

My profit will increase from $ 8000 to $ 9000 since it will be making many turns.
