About Me

Am now 39 years old man who started horticulture 9 years ago along lake Victoria in Kenya. I have a family of four kids that's two girls and two boys.

My Business

My income mainly comes from horticulture that I have been practicing for years now. out of the business I opened a barber shop and a photocopy.

Loan Proposal

I'm planning to buy a motorcycle to transport my products to the market. It will save me from hiring a motorbike that costs me ten dollars everyday to the market during harvesting. It costs 100 dollars and since the amount am eligible to be given cant reach the price I'll pay a deposit of fifty dollars and I'll be paying the remaining every harvesting season.

Am planning to buy another big fish cage enough to hold again 2000 post fingerlings. This will help me have enough capacity to hold all the fingerlings I had earlier invested on. I really appreciate this assistance dear lenders

It was very difficult to manage my farming activities empty handed and when I learned about Zidisha I have been having easiest time to buy farm inputs and equipment from the loan they have been giving me. Thanks my team!!

I had a chronic disease that made me slow my payment. I took months in hospital to recover and right now am back on my feet and steadily farming. Am planning to finish my loan before next month after harvesting

I had to try water melons for the first time and it did very well thanks to Zidisha and the team for the water pump n the pressure pipes. I can now manage this on my own

I bought a water pump on hire purchase since I was given a small amount of loan which could not buy it in cash and now the seller is demanding his balance. I find it a little hard to pay as I was paying since I have two running debts to settle. kindly bear with me my situation. I will be rescheduling to a higher amount as soon as I through with this situation

It was so expensive n tiresome to hire irrigation equipment from my fellow farmers but when I learned about Zidisha I had the capability to make this kind of work in less than 6 weeks!!! I'm really proud to be a member!!
