am Margaret Bokole,a resident of watamu village in Timboni,I studied at mamba primary in kenya and i never went to secodary school and therefore ventured into a local restaurant busines within here in timboni,am married with 3 children who are now in school at watamu progressive school.I started this business because to help myself and my family.with the earnings,i will use the profits to add more stock to my business. However my big dream is to own a big hotel within here due to many tourists.
My business is operating of a local restaurant within Timboni Kenya,Demand for these services is high due to the fact that there is high population here in watamu.This makes it easy for me to sustain my business since am able to serve many customers in a day.Competition here is stiff but since am good in cooking local delicacies,this attracts my customers.Risks include rotting of some selected foods.i make about kshs 24,000 in a month.expenses include paying my assistant kshs 6,000.The balance is used to add more stock and pay up debts.
