About Me

My name is Peter Maina Ruoro.Am married and a father of one. I live in Kitale town Trans Nzoia County. I hold Diploma in Information Technology. I operate a Cyber café in the Kitale town CBD. I was initially employed as a System administrator in a company in Kitale town which was my great inspiration to starting my own business .I started this business mainly to earn a living and to be self reliant .The income I get from my business is mainly used in paying for bills,business expansion and investment.
During free time I love listening to music, reading, hiking and traveling.

My Business

My Cyber café business is located in Kitale town it deals with internet services, printing, photocopy services, and sales of computer accessories. My business generates good income in a day, which enables me to pay my assistant who we work together, rent, electricity, and other bills. I need to add more stock i.e photocopy papers,flash disks and ink cartridge i have ten computers am operating with and through this I will increase my daily income to a great deal.I also deal with software installation which add to my daily income.

Loan Proposal

Am requesting for a loan to enable me purchase photocopying papers, 8gb flash disk , and Deskjet 2050 printer cartage which i will assist me in printing .
Since schools are reopening in January am expecting more work especially photocopying and printing hence more profit .
Through this loan it will help me expand my business. I except to increase my profit by 50% .
My proposed budget is a follows:-

flash disk @ KES 1,500
Printing Papers @ KES 500 per ream x10 = 5000
cartridge @ KES 1,500

My cyber business is just a big success and am grateful to God and my lenders. It has worked so well with the help of the zidisha loan hence it has enabled me to pay my loan without any stress and at the same time am able to settle my bills. We are approaching high season since schools are preparing for end-term exams.I am aiming for a loan increase next loan and buy more photocopy papers and a colour printer.

I would like to take this opportunity to once more thank my Lenders and Zidisha for your support that has brought a big difference in my business,it is growing very fast. I am now set for the Mid term exams with a good stock of photocopy papers. During this period i do alot of photocopying hence require many photocopy papers.Attached is a picture of the stock.

I appreciate my lenders and the Zidisha community for your assistance i was able to boost my business by adding stock to , i purchased stationery(photocopy papers and flash disks) and i have also purchased the ink cartridge am now well prepared for a booming back to school business this January and February.
