About Me

Oliver Ochieng is a happy, fun loving man who loves to look on the good side of life.I was born and brought up in Siaya county in Kenya.I went to primary school at Siaya town primary school where school was fun to attend, since i had so many friends in school , they loved me because i told them fiction stories all the times .Life was fun.After my primary school , tragedy was on us , i lost my father, it was very difficult for me and life took a different turn, i performed poorly due to this and i was forced not to join secondary school immediately due to depression.I overcame this and went to secondary school.I went to Maseno high school and later,Kenya Polytecnic in Nairobi .After two years of employment at the Rift valley bottlers i bought a motorbike and started transporting people and thats what i do till date. People in my place are very kind and hospitable.My child tells me that he wants to be a business man. i love singing and playing the keyboard as a hobby.

My Business

My business is about transporting people from one place to another.Movement is necessary in todays world and therefore my business.I chose this business because i love riding on motorbikes and therefore i normally have fun making money.My major cost is the cost of fuel and servicing for my motorbike .At the end of each month i count about 35,000 KES as profits ,which is far better than what i was getting while in employment.I use my profits to pay for my child's school fees and for taking care of my extended family.

Loan Proposal

I will buy a new front tire for my motorbike taxi, since the one am using now got torn somewhere on the side and its causing me to repair a flat tire every now and then, and am therefore wasting a lot of time taking it for the repair.A good tire for my kind of bike will cost $70 and $30 will be for zidisha membership fees.After buying this tire i will no longer waste time repairing flat tire every time and therefore i will work more, and therefore more money and satisfied clients. My profits will increase by 10%, thank you and as you read this please consider my proposal.
