If offered an opportunity to access this loan I will arrange to expand my restaurant and employee more employees. I will source for more clients from new organizations that are coming up in our county. I will approach the universities to enable me supply food to students' hotels.

I will be able to increase my stock, refurbish the restaurant to attract customers and to add extra staff thus creating job opportunities. I will also increase in production and supply.

I will also advertise in print and media to attract the upcoming institutions. I will visit nearby schools, churches to get orders when they have function.

In my estate where I live there are upcoming flats thus shall approach families who prefer fast foods delivered to their door steps.

I will open another branch of the restaurant in Rongai Town for ease of delivery and safety.

I will train also train my staff on customer and service delivery to enable us attract more clientele.

My staff will get motor bikes for delivering and uniform for easy identification,.

I will brand my serving and delivery equipment as a marketing strategy.

The following are the items I will purchase.

I will buy a big fridge to store large stock so that we are able to cook stress free. I will also buy a cooker for baking to enable supply cakes to office and shops plus to my neighbours.

I will purchase a microwave for easy warming of food. This will cut down on gas expenses and first serving.

I will buy a first aid kit for emergencies incidences.
