About Me

Im Morrison wanyoike Ndungu, born and grow up in Mt Kenya Region Muranga county. I attended kagira primary school where learning was not walk over things since the society itself was hindrance and environment. God willing I managed to complete my O level and join secondary school.
I later join Excel Institute of Professionals where managed to pursue certified public accountant and it was point business ideas come into my mind. Together with my saving and Zidisha Lenders I managed to start motor bike business which has grow rapidly within a period of 3 years. I thanks team Zidisha since I have managed to buy three motor bike where I have employed three people hence improving there living standards.
The challenges concerning my business simply include lack of funds, environmental change ie Rainy season and mechanical breakdown. I have managed to open a new Take away shop ie Chips shop which has help to finance these businesses asp attached photo in my Zidisha profile. And that is the reason I’m requesting for fund to finance these chips shop.
The environment I’m operating Chips shop is favorable since youth do like a lot take away foods and are the most dominant. The weather and society is more friendly to an extent that soft drinks do go hand in hand with Chips.
My children want to grow up being entrepreneurs and financial independent plus help the society to realize its purpose. They look at me as their role model since I have taken big risk to open more business which has take great mile and has positive impact to society.

My Business

My business is Take Away shop mainly selling chips to youth and society at large. The business is situated at strategic place where customers can walk easily to shop.
Chips are mainly in demand since the surrounding is full of young generation in collage and secondary who like a lot take away food. They dislike cooking in their hostels and home so it favors my business a lot.
The reason behind choosing this business mainly is to create a solution to society and reduce the gap of wondering what I might eat today. And also the business itself is friendly to society since no noise or air pollution which might have hinder its grow and governing laws.
The associated cost with my business include Rent, Salaries, buying of potatoes, oil and Buying of other materials like kitchen items, refilling of gas etc. The revenue realized per day is ksh 2000 on peak day but on off peak day is ksh 1000 so I thank almighty Lord for this far plus team Zidisha for steady fasting my growth.
The profit realize I used to pay school fee for my kid, some I plough back to business to facilitate its growth and also when I’m called upon on fund raising committee I do attend and support the society with some of profit.
