About Me

I started my primary education 1999-2008 then joined in secondary school in 2009-2012 then later trained Diploma information technology 2013-2015
since there was no employment i started my business. I am single mother and there are so many challenges am facing more so taking care of my kid who demands a lot from me, paying for my rents that is business premise and my house where i life. Food is also a challenge . I had to start the business because i couldn't able to feed myself and the kid or survive without money. I borrowed my friends some starting capital which helped me to start the cyber services. Our place is full of Bananas and every household has at least a banana and we are called banana land. We also have tea plantations and avocados are plenty.

My Business

-My income comes from my cyber cafe where by i offer cyber services like photocopying ,photo printing internet services lamination and scanning
-My business is situated near by a bank and National Hospital Insurance Fund where by I capture many customers when they need such services
Part of the money i use to pay school fees for my last born sister in school and a have a son who is turning 3 years come next year where I will also be paying for him schools fees and books , uniforms, shoes as he will be joining school, I use the money to pay my pay rents and utilities . The remaining profits i used it to improve my business. My business now makes sales of 100-200 dollars per month and profit of 40-100 dollars depends on demand of my services

Loan Proposal

With new competitors around my business, I want to increase my stock thus i will use the loan to
1. Purchase 2 boxes of printing papers each @ 17 dollars.
2. 6 packets of printing papers each 1.5 dollars
3. Pens and pencils @ 7 dollars.

I will expect my profit to grow from 1 dollars a day to 1.5 dollars to 2 dollars. The profit i will use to support my son who is joining school next year as the business is my sole income .

I welcome the chance to thank my lenders for the far they have brought me. I received 36.86 dollars and I used my loan to purchase stock to my cybercafe business. This improved the trust to my customers as now they can access the stationery they wanted and thus increasing my profits by 2 dollars per day. The profits earning as single parent helped me increase some stock items, paid for my rent for business and where i live and also paid for son's school fees.
Its rainy season here and people are busy weeding their maize plantations and plantng vegetables for consumption and other for sale.
