FUNDING REQUEST: Am Brian Matu from Kenya , founder of a startup project knowns as NoonMatt City Ltd. NoonMatt City is an establishment project that provides services to both buyers and sellers through it's operations. The city is to be established in Mwea , kirinyaga county along the Nairobi-Meru, Makutano Highway which sits on a 2.0 hactres+ . The business aims to host: gas station with car services,real estate housing, rice milling factory with warehousing, supermarket,offices/shops/conference halls for rentals, Mini banking hall / ATM , Auditorium,kids corner for entertainment, swimming section for the regular and suites as separate entities,art center,fitness center,hotels with accomodation,lounges and bars and an art sales Arena.we are passionate in the pnd integrity which is why I have decided to start the NoonMatt City business and we are in the industry to make a positive mark and put the world in a better place.

Project Proposal

The exterior design of the establishment: the establishment will he uniquely designed. The outlook itself would attract customers to the area as it would develop the urge to view the area thus increasing the possibilities of business people hiring available spaces tonset up their offices.
We want to set up a gallery for promoting local culture and talent through arts such a s drawings, traditional items ,and curvings which attract large market from it's customers.
Real estate housing : The real estates will be a residential housing estate with community maintenance services that may include waste management and security. They will only be accessed by the residents and thus private entrance to the gated community. Composed of 1-4 bed rooms fully furnished apartments. Located in a quiet,safe guarded rural area. They are fully equipped with large panoramic windowns, central air conditioning, double gazing.
