About Me

Hi my name is Brendan Njunga and am based in Ndola, Zambia. I am 18 years old and I am student studying for my advanced diploma in IT at zamtel business college. I have grown up in a home where I have been repairing computers and phones with my uncle. My parents live in the village and for me to be in school I had to stay with my uncle in kamfinsa. Once I finish my studies I want to set up my own business.

My Business

I am a student but very keen to set up my own business. I have developed good skills in computer hardware and software installations and repairs. I repair computers at the college where I am and sometimes that is converted into my tuition fees so that I don’t pay any fees. Right now what I need is a new laptop to help me provide services to my fellow students at a fee.

Loan Proposal

I thank my lenders for the loan i have just finished repaying. I am a student and despite being an IT student still in college I have skills I repair computers at the college and am paid and I also repair students mobile phones. I want to buy notebooks and folders for my studies so that I can work better. I also provide secretarial services to other students who don’t have time or facilities to type their assignments. This loan will really help me.

Income Source

I repair phones, computers, provide more services, computer training to kids and many more. This gives me extra income such that I can easily repay my loan back to zidisha. With the economy being risky students are learning in school and they need knowledge and a service so I can still utilize my skills to make money and repay the loan.
