My name is pascaline mburu, a wife and a business lady.i have three children and we live in Mombasa.i have been into business for the last 10 years and I can't complain.at first I was employed but that money was not enough.since I had three small babies.
I sell maize in bulk and I also sell mitumba clothes, specifically ladies dresses and blouses.i buy maize from farmers mostly in kitale , nyandarua, Molo and all over the country.i also sell mitumba blouses and dresses. If I get a loan I will take a store and store maize their so that clients may be coming to buy direct from the store. It's very tiring for a mother to travel around if you don't have a specific place to store your commodities. This business is good because it pays all my bills. Am very sure if I get a store I will do even better. Paying back the loan will not be a problem because it's a business that has good returns, thank you
I have realised where I live people consume alot of rice and onions.so my plan is to buy atleast 5nets of onions ,and three sacks of rice.a net of onions has a profit of not less than 1500 and if the sales are good I can even get a profit of 2000 per net.meaning if I have three nets Ican make a profit of 4500 from onion sales.then with rice the profit I get from rice is 2600 as profit, so if I manage to sell at least two sacks per week I make a cool 5200 or even more. The question is how do I get my clients? I sell online and deliver and also I live in an estate where by my neighbours are very good customers.its a good business I can't complain
As I have stated early my main customer s are my neighbours and church members.though we are not going to churches at the moment,we meet via zoom and after our church meetings, I sell my products.i also advertise online and deliver at a small fee.i make sure I have quality products like the rice I get it direct from farmers.about the onions I wake up very early and get them from the market at a very good price.i have also taken advantage of my neighbours who want to be delivered too. My customers believe in me so much coz I even teach them how to cook the rice for better results.so I have confidence that I will use my loan well.thank you
