I am a Kenyan born and i was born in Nakuru in Shabaab village near Sigagara . I schooled at Sigaragara primary school and then later joined Sigaragara secondary school. This far, is the hand of the Lord.
Life was slightly harsh to me for my father went to be with the Lord while I was still very young. So I was left in the hands of my mother who was just a small scale farmer. However she managed my school fee with the help of other well wishers.
After my high school, I started doing some casual jobs e.g assisting my aunt in her business of selling mitumba that enabled me to support my self and my other siblings. I managed to save a little of it and through it I started my business in a very small way.
I come from a very interesting community where local brews was known to be the only source of income but I came out differently and I thank God for this.
I like reading motivational books and parents magazines to groom me into a better mother in future.
I currently sell books to the good readers, school goings pupils and students which infact is doing very well so far. The books are in high demand because fast, there is a free education to every child therefore all are school going including dropouts.
Because I like reading, I knew definitely there are others also out there who like reading and may be not in a position to get the books and that's how I chose my business.
The cost of the books my vary from $5 to even $30 depending with the book and its availability giving me a profit of at least $8 a day depending with the time of the year. I have been reinvesting this profit in the business for I want to have a big bookshop in future. And since I began this business, I have never slept hungry. Even my siblings have gotten their supports from this business. With your assistance, I'll be able to expand my business to a desired level to ensure that any type of book can be found at any given time at my bookshop.
God bless zidisha.

Because of this I need extra money to increase the stock to curb demand and increase profit.
