About Me

I am 25 yrs old in a family of 5 members,am the only girl in my family i stared in muthiga primary then to kanvale secondary.my first job was to selling insurance policies and i remember i would walk from home to different business center as i couldn't afford bus fare every day.
After 4yrs in insurance business i decided to venture into property business in which am assisting Landlord to get tenant for their houses and in return the pay me a fee my goal is to start my own property company in which i will not only rent out house but also sell and develop houses.
My hobby is to meet different people from different culture and learn the good values their bring to our county eg. new innovation

My Business

-Am a Real estate agent,freelance for now i assist people who are looking for apartments,houses ,offices get want they are looking for. I get my clients online as i advertise with companies that lay a platform for Real estate agents
-for advertising online cost i pay a charge of ksh 5,000 every month for the service i receive.
-I am paid commission after my client has paid the deposit and rent for that month , most of the house i look for client range from ksh 60,000 to 450,000 in which my commission is 1 month rent or full month rent in which is one off payment
I use my profit to reinvest in my business this include get other client (Landlord) by move from one estate to the next looking for vacate house or offices

Loan Proposal

With the loan that i receive i will register my company and acquire the licence that allows my business to be recognize by the government and memorandum of association that state the nature of my business this will cost$ 450
The benefit will be i can venture into selling of houses and also able to partner with construction companies and do developments of houses,apartments,malls.it will also create employments as i will need more agents to assist me in getting more client and selling more properties .
By doing this my sell will double by 50% as i will be able to partner with other properties company in linking up buyers and sellers
