Does zidisha really reads our messages?
Our concerns are not addressed when ever we post a complaints here.
I have not received my loan since the 6 th I was told my loan has been disbursed and I don't know what zidisha is doing about it. Moreover, I have started repayment of this loan I am yet to receive for the past 3 weeks.
I suggest, zidisha should confirm payment before we will be asked to make payment for our loans.
I hope this message will be read and my problem will be addressed. I know zidisha will ask me to use the Help tool which I has done severely.
    Please it's becoming more frustrating

    1. this has become necessary because I have not received my loan up to date. I have made several complaints but still to no avail. please zidisha should make sure that the money is credited into my account.
    2. zidisha should make sure monies are credited into our accounts before asking us to make payments for that loan. it is unfair to pay for loan Not received.

good morning lenders and zidisha team. it is has been more than a week now since I was told that my loan has been disbursed but has not hit my account yet. notwithstanding, zidisha has given me a reminder to make payment of loan that I have not received. zidisha should hold unto the loan repayment before I receive my loan to start my business so that I can pay from the proceeds.

Part of the money will be use to purchase 60g bond papers for my printing and the remaining will also be use to finance my PhD education. I will also use this medium to thank my lenders for lending me this amount to expand my business and also continue my education

Thank you. But my loan which I am told has been disbursed has not hit my accounts yet but I am expected to make my first payment of the loan on Saturday which I have not received. Meaning I'll be paying for a loan I have not received. And if I don't pay on the said date,my on time payment will be reduced. I think zidisha should make sure that payment has hit the account before any payment will be made.

the amount was used to purchase 29 bond of 60g of papers for the printing. this has helped increased the profit margin by about 7 - 8% which was used to reimburse into the business. i have also been able to employ one additional person into the business. i have also completed my master's degree as an achievement in my life. in addition, i have also gain admission to do my Ph.D.
