I am a married woman and a mother, i grew up in banja location in hamisi constituency/district, my childhood was one of overcoming challenges and obstacles, i came from a humble family, where we basic things like food and clothes were out of reach and my other siblings and i our clothes were patched all around and things like shoes were not a priority, my father and my mother were not privileged to get a formal education so they were left behind in may things in life, they only worked as casual laborers, my business came about after i got married and my husband and i we wanted to supplement our income, i had to start my own kiosk,my culture currently they are embracing the girl child to have same opportunities like the boy child,My children they all want to be university graduates no one in my family have ever attained that level.I am involved in the church events besides my business.
My business is a grocery i retail tomatoes, onions, cabbages, peppers, avocado, mangoes, pineapples, sukuma wiki, kunde, saghet i buy them from whole sellers them i dived them into smaller quantities, this services and products are useful because the neighborhood where i live people dont have money to buy expensive things they depend on small affordable things, the profits are used to pay school fees for my children, pay the rent for the kiosk, re-stock in the business and save for the rainy day.
I want to use the loan to pay the city council license of 34.82 dollars, this will cover for 12 months, 16.32 dollars will buy a stock up of onions and 15.56 dollars will buy tomatoes, withe license i will not be disturbed by the city councils officers, stocking up will increase my profits because i will not be subjected to the fluctuations that take place every week, i will increase my prices to fit in the market but i will be making profits because i restocked early enough. The profits go to school fees, savings and running the business.
