My name is Adame Faye. I am married and I live with my family. I have two brothers and four sisters. I actually work hard for a living and I am supporting the needs of my family. I wish to invest in a business to increase my income. I do believe that with Zidisha’s support I would be able to pursue that goal. I am an honest, simple and ambitious man

My Business

The commercial activity that I am interested in is the urban public transportation. This kind of business is doing very well in Senegal especially In Dakar, the Capital. Because of the high demand commuting between the suburb and the city. This is the reason why I am counting on this loan to transform the vehicle that I already own into a taxi. In fact, the taxi will bring good revenues. The daily income is 10000 FCFA for a total of 300 000 FcfA per month with gross charges of 125 000 FCFA (driver salary, insurance, maintenance of vehicle, taxes and other fees,) this business will generate a gross income of 175 000 FCFA which is more than enough to reimburse the loan and generate an income to buy more taxis

Loan Proposal

To continue my transportation business that I started with the second loan, I plan to buy another used car, since the profits that I made (combined with the loan) will be enough to buy one. The transportation business in Senegal is a sector that is thriving because of the fluidity of the population in the suburbs, which is why the government is modernizing the area with new bus lines. But taxis are equally used by the population, particularly in residential areas, which is what prompted me to invest in this field. I am also thinking about other areas of business such as the upcoming opening of a money transfer agency for the fourth loan as this also works well and is very productive, and I am in discussion with my bank for a win-win partnership. Je m'appelle Adama faye , je suis marié et vie avec ma famille; j'ai deux frères et quatre soeurs. Actuellement je travaille pour gagner ma vie et subvenir à mes besoins et assurer les charges familiales.Cependant je souhaite m'investir parallèlement dans des affaires pour augmenter mes revenus: et je pense que avec l'appui de Zidisha je pourrai atteindre cet objectif.

My Business

L'activité dans laquelle je veux me lancée et le transport urbain de personnes. Ce secteur marche très bien au Sénégal surtout dans la capital Dakar en raison de la forte mobilité entre la banlieue et le centre ville. C'est pour raison je compte avec le prêt réfectionner un vehicule que j'avais acquis pour le transformer en taxi et le mettre en circulation. En fait le taxi est très rentable. Il fait une rectte de 10 000 fcfa par jour soit 300 000 fcfa par mois avec des charges bruts mensuelles de 125 000 fcfa composées du salaire du chauffeur, l'assurance, l’entretien, les taxes et divers frais. Donc cela peut générer un bénéfice brut mensuel de 175000 fcfa suffisant pour honorer les remboursements et générer un capital pour acheter d'autres taxi.

Pour continuer mon activité de transport que j'ai acommencé avec le 2ème prêt je compte acheter une autre voiture d'ocasion car le benefice que j'ai gagné pourra completer ce montant pour l'achat de la voiture.
Le transport ici au Senegal est un secteur qui marche très bien du fait de la fluidité des populations de la banlieue c'est la raison pour laquelle le gouvernement est en train de modernizer le secteur avec la circulation de nouveau bus. Mais également le transport des taxis est très utilize par les populations surtout des zones résidencielles ce qui m'a poussé à investor dans ce domaine.
Je suis entrain également de réfechir sur sur d'autres secteurs comme l'ouverture prochaine d'une agence de transfert d'argent pour le 4ème prêt car ceci marche bien aussi et est très productif et je suis en discussion avec ma banque pour un partenariat gagnant gagnant.
