About Me

I am a teacher with an unemployed wife and two children to take care of. I must look for other sources of income to supplement my income in order to be able to take care of the needs of my family.

My first child who is a journalism student who commutes daily between Dodowa and Accra for school and this makes life very very uneasy.

My Business

I do photography as a part-time job to supplement my income. My camera is not strong enough to take very good pictures on many occasions, and my clients do complain a lot about my picture quality.

I need to have a better camera to aid my business, and also go ahead and acquire a video camera so that I can expand the scope of my business.

I want to introduce my small boy into the business so he can also learn the need to make extra income to support the family.

Loan Proposal

Apart from part-time photography, I also register candidates for WAEC's [West African Examinations Council] private exams. This business is seasonal (that is, from February to May each year). I have been using a borrowed printer and scanner for the job over the years, and now I want to acquire my own tools for the job. This the purpose of the loan. Together, the two gadgets would cost $340.00.

During these period I get enough from the fees I charge candidates who register for the exams to cushion my life and my family. The society also benefits because I am the only person who does this job in Dodowa and prospective candidates are saved from travelling all the way to Madina to register.
