About Me

My names are David Waruingi from Nairobi Kenya. Am of tender age of 38 years.Am an accountant by profession and practice acountancy ,audit and tax consultancy services within Nairobi and it's environs. I have a laptop and a small office and i look for my clients online and through experience recommendation. Currently i have 20 clients that i service and i am intending to grow up the clientele base after having practised for more than three and half years.

My Business

I have a minimum monthly income of kes 35,000 after deducting my operational expenses (opex).Sometimes it is very challenging because not all clients will pay for the services in time hence create a scenario of cash crunch and one ends up having difficulties in meeting up the opex. This hence makes one with no choice but to seek financing. It is my projection that this will end in future after the business becomes self sustainable.

Loan Proposal

I write this proposal to request you as potential investors of my intentions. I have being doing accounting professional business for long and my marketing strategy has being online . Having realised that not all clients are online, i have decided to use approximately 15USD to print brochures and business cards to sensitize my clients on various things that I do.I have to print some to sensitize them on my other farming complimentary business. This if i get more clients will enable me grow my capital base and make my firm solvent. Hence if my existing clients delay in payments, i will not be having financial constraints. It will help me meet my obligations as and when they fall due and improve my liquidity. It will further help me service my loans in time hence it will help me grow my limit and build a good financial relationship with you.My current profit being 350 USD to 400USD,if my clients increase, my profits can grow upto 600 USD. This will meet all my operational expenses and help me save to invest in future projects. I look forward for your funding.
