I am 32 years old born in Migori County Western Kenya,I went to school in my neighborhood and lat
er on moved to Kisumu City where I took an advanced Diploma course in Community Development and Social Work.I have been intrested in music since my childhood,I was in Sunday school choir before joining the youth choir in our Seventh Day Adventist Church.I was joined by my other siblings who also had intrest in singing Kiswahili and Dholuo Gospel songs,I have faced challenges in raising funds for producing my songs.My family have given me support in most cases but music production have become expensive.
My Business
I am in the music business where I am producing my own album, sing for different occasions on invitation, do vocals for artists. I earn regular income from weekly from different engagements. I have released an album which I would like to get more funds to help produce audio visual copies to sell to my fans. It cost around $ 2 to produce one original audio CD.
Loan Proposal
The loan will serve the purpose of producing branded Visual Compact Disk (VCD) which I will sell to my fans,my second album has very interesting and soul lifting songs giving advise to the young generation to change some of their behaviors.It cost $ 2 to produce a VCD which I will sell @ $ 3.The loan will enable me to produce close to 50 VCDs which can be sold within three days with most of the being sold during Saturday when I attend church.I will use the profit to make more copies and save for my next production.
