About Me

I am a hardworking woman, a mother and a reliable member of the community. Apart from my family, I value my job since it keeps me going. I can say that experience has been my greatest teacher since I have undergone much to be where I am. I have lost, gained and developed myself through learning from my mistakes. With time however, I have achieved much through perseverance and prayer. I have ambitions and still dream to better myself day by day..

My Business

I run a Mitumba (second hand clothes) business. I normally deal with women clothes since they are quite affordable and fast to sell. I also sell, children clothes and shoes. My business is my only source of money so I put my all into it. I get orders from several suppliers but my main market is Gikomba..Selling clothes is a reliable business for me since I got a ready market throughout the year. I have managed to maintain a good number of customers and also getting new ones too.

Loan Proposal

I intend to create a bigger makeshift (kibanda) to create more space for my business. With a bigger selling area, I will be able to display more clothes and thus attract more customers, this will not only lead to more sales, but will lead to better storage and security of my goods.
